Bali Wedding Cake

Our wedding cake theme was destination wedding. I chose Bali as my destination. I drew inspiration from the beautiful landscape and foliage. The hibiscus, jasmine, and leaves are all gum paste, the waterfall is pulled sugar, and the base is poured sugar. The cake is a white cake with raspberry buttercream and covered in fondant. This was my first wedding cake.
